Today is January 1st 2015. It’s the first day of a new year and I am spending it (mostly) on planes.
If there’s any truth in the entire concept of “starting like you plan to continue” then my choice of activity for January 1st is probably oddly appropriate.
In 2014 I got slightly more active. Cycling (a bit) is a good way to burn calories. Walking is too.
I did both in 2014, but I didn’t really do enough of either.
Will that change in 2015? Unless I push myself, no. And of course whether or not I can get myself motivated enough to push myself is another question entirely ..
I guess I’ll find out over the next few months.
So my resolutions for 2015? I’m not sure if I want to make any ..
