chopped fruit and vegetablesFor the last week or so I’ve been travelling.. In terms of eating etc., it hasn’t been too healthy so I am avoiding the weighing scales… though I know I won’t be able to avoid them for much longer ..

Yesterday evening I collected a box of fruit and vegetables from my local shop and this morning’s breakfast was 100% juice (apple, carrot, orange, celery, lime and ginger)

Christmas, of course, is not the best time of the year to worry about a diet.. or to even try and stay on one..

There are really only two secrets t staying ‘on the juice’ I think.

One is having the juicer on top of the counter all the time and not buried under other utensils in kitchen (like ours!!)

Second is getting a a vegetable / fruit delivery man. We used to have aw guy who did that when we lived in rural Clare years ago and he came once a week night sold fresh fruit and veg at competitive prices ensuring that we had stuff for juicing.

    Good luck with it…

I was having problems sourcing some vegetables locally, but it turns out my corner shop can get me pretty much anything I want, so I’ve started ordering stuff via them.
As for the positioning of the juicer – since it’s in use every single day it’s always on the counter 🙂

      Thanks for your comment
