Juicer with debris from juicingApple and carrot juice is very tasty, but a lot of people use celery as well.

So yesterday evening, on the way home from work, I grabbed some more apples as well as some celery in a local shop.

This morning’s juice had an extra “bite” from the celery, but was still incredibly tasty. I’m not sure if this is the “winner” in terms of taste and combination of ingredients, but it’s very nice.

Celery is meant to have a very high burning rate meaning, you will consume more calories to digest the food you just had.

Eating celery results in negative calories:

As with every vegetable, celery has it’s benefits:

What I thought is that you have heard about the celery effect on loosing weight, which in reality, is not true.

A ketogenic diet might be more suitable but it’s harder to digest, mentally and physically.
Tried it myself and it works wonders.
What you probably know already and I am trying to enhance here is that carbs are the cause of depositing FAT, not proteins or good FAT, so if you minimize eating salads, fruits, etc. you have a better chance of dropping body fat.
Hope I haven’t got you puzzled now 🙂

You’ll have to do a guest blog post about that diet method 🙂
