Kale Pasta & Sardines

kale-sardine-pastaKale is a wonderfully tasty addition to your cooking arsenal.

Unfortunately it can be quite awkward to get, so I haven’t been able to use it in my cooking for the last couple of months. Fortunately I’ve been able to get a supply in the last week both from local corner shop and from Tesco.

So this evening I had planned to do a pasta with anchovy dish. Of course, as luck would have it, I didn’t have any anchovies, so I had to rejig the recipe a bit.

The end result was incredibly tasty, so I’m sharing the recipe with you :)

I’m not 100% sure about the calorie count, so take it as a being a “guess”
